1.1This test method covers the measurement of the force and elongation required to dispense pressure-sensitive film tape on a 1-in. core intended for office and stationery applications from a desk-top dispenser.

1.2The values stated in either SI or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system are not exact equivalents; therefore, each system must be used independently of the other.
