Regulates requirements, practices, and methods related to: (a) refrigerant supply chain management, procurement, inspection, and tests/evaluation to assure the authenticity and conformance of refrigerant being acquired, and (b) response strategies when suspect or confirmed counterfeit refrigerant is discovered.
