Defines technical requirements to design, fabricate, engineer, specify, furnish, test, install, manufacture, commission and provide as-built documents for air-insulated substations. The Purchaser is responsible for the project information and data for use by the Contractor in the proposal. If either party supplies technical data, that party is responsible for the data accuracy.
