Full Description

Specifies materials of construction, and design and construction of hand-held meat knives, particularly the design and provision of guards. The performance requirements also take account of occupational safety and health requirements applied by regulatory authorities responsible for food processing. This Standard does not apply to mechanically operated meat knives.
