Specifies the protocol between data terminal equipment and data circuit-terminating equipment at data link layer level using the X.25 LAPB procedures. This Standard is identical with and has been reproduced from ISO/IEC 7776:1995 and ISO/IEC 7776:1995/Amd 1:1996.
