This standard specifies the requirements based on 3 Access Point Name (3APN) for: (1) Communication Hardware Capability for Vehicle Internet; (2) Communication Network for Vehicle Internet; (3) Capability of Vehicle Internet Management Platform.

Abstract

New IEEE Standard - Active - Draft.This standard specifies the requirements of the end-side communication equipment of the 3 APN-based Internet of Vehicles management system, the access requirements of the 3 APN-based network and the functional requirements of the management platform.This standard is applicable to the construction and testing of Internet of Vehicles management system based on 3 APN.
